I started off with one of these :

I didnt like the silver and I really only wanted one temp gauge.
I decided to use one of the extra 5.25 covers shown here :

I measured and sketeched the rectangle I'd cut. The hole was drilled before I thought of taking pics. ( For the cathode lights) Shown here :

After a bit of cutting with the exacto saw I had gotten this far :

Can't beat a simple yet totally functional design. Nice job on that.
 
Kudos. Job well done. The trim was completely reusable and gave it a good finish. I have to find a way to add a switch to my wifes case that controls the CMOS, so this is kinda inspirational.
