My Laptop keeps waking up on it's own.

I have Asus G551VW FY212T laptop. For some reason when I have the laptop lid closed I notice the laptop turns on from sleep on it's own, weird. What is going on here? Also My laptop still wakes up on it's own with lid closed. This recently happened I opened my laptop bag & the laptop was on while lid was closed & the laptop bag was really warm because the laptop fans were on what gives?!
