Sorry I don't know how to enable hotlinks via my gallery software. Anyhow.
Specs:
AXP 3000+ 400 FSB
Biostar 200n SFF case
nforce2 motherboard (Biostar, obviously)
1gb Samsung DDR400
Radeon 9500 Pro
Pioneer slot loading DVD
Mitsumi card reader/floppy drive
300gb Seagate 7200.8
Some old/crappy TV tuner that I don't use

In the outdoor shots, the HTPC is directly inside the window. I have the sound hooked up via optical output (Soundstorm) to my main Yamaha receiver inside, and I have an analog connection to an older Sony receiver, which drives the outdoor speakers. I control MCE using a RF ATi Remote Wonder II, and since the PC is right inside the house, the remote even works outside.
Now, I need an idea about how to see what the pc is showing while I'm outside. I've thought about putting a cheapo small LCD monitor inside the window there, which would face outside. I even entertained the possibility of mounting a touchscreen out there somewhere, but since the remote works fine out there, there's no need for the extra hassle/expense.
