After much thought and obsession I've come to the conclusion that the gtx 590 is extremely dissapointing and below the bar in performance...if you haven't seen my other threads then the low down is basically that I'm getting slowdown or low fps in games (even in wow I dip to 40 in town) or 30 on crysis...with a video card holding a pricetag of over 700 dollars I expected a lot more...I could see slowdown in maybe BF3 during heavy activity but the fact that I'm not well over 60 in older games like those mentioned above blow my mind....and I'm gaming at low resolutions no less....not even full HD ffs
So either my card is bad or I just expected too much, either way I guess what I'm really asking for is advice on what to do with the card...do I send it back to newegg? Do I send it to EVGA? I'm not sure of what to do as I've never had to return hardware...also, I'm thinking about SLIing a couple of 580s so that maybe the rest of my system can perform to its full potential in games and not be stunted by 1.5gb per GPU, etc...I really just need suggestions on what to do next and what not, thanks
