I have always wanted to make my own comic, and today I decided my wife was just way to dang funny not to be a comic character! Anyway, I am going to leave it as a sticky post at my blog and update it as much as possible. I also need to get photoshop or something cause it looks rough with the uploading / auto-resizing.

Anyway, feel free to leave a post on it if you like it, hate it, or wanna see more or something :)

Cheers

Ok I moved the comic to a new site, Opera Blogs was annoying me way too much! I think the new site is much cleaner and the high res viewing visitors will be happy to know they are supported too!

Cheers and enjoy.

Nah, I love Apple computers and have for years now, but the latest computer I bought was an Alienware m5550 because I don't think the newest Macbooks are worth the money. I use both happily on a day to day basis. I do however like writing comics about Apple computers and I do think everyone should check out OS X at least once, it is a very nice OS.

Not every strip I make will be about Apple though, the last comic was just for Apple loving fun :)

Very cool comic! I've been contemplating a web-comic or something myself, but have not started yet.
If you want a free alternative to photoshop, Gimp is pretty swell, but since you seem to be using mainly black line-art I wonder if you might not be happier with something like Inkscape.

WOW, inkscape might be just what I need. Thaks a lot for the links my friend. I will download and give Inkscape a try. Right now I am drawing by hand on a sheet of bright white copy paper, then inking the drawing, at this point only the drawing exists, no text. Scan onto the PC and use paint to clean up any particles caught by the scanner. After that the drawing is sent over to the iMac for some chat bubble/ text / final production loving then saved as a high quality jpg ready for upload.

My goal is one strip a day. I hope I can keep up with it!

Strip #3 is online.

Enjoy

Anyone know how to get RSS working with Blogger? I've seen a few things but I cannot seem to get it working, just ATOM. Any help would be appreciated!

NM, they dont offer it. But if your browser has RSS built in it works, it does on my Safari and Firefox.

"knew hamster"? I am more than confused. He surely was not referring to New Hampshire, was he?

Don't forget to do a strip or two about the AAPL stock price!

It was supposed to read "New Amsterdam". The student apparently thought it was Knew Hamster Damn. True story! Scary...
