My Computer and Optical Drive Problem

Hi, I've been having problems with my Optical Drives lately. Everytime I insert a CD/DVD into one of my drives, the information of the disk on My Computer does not change, it stays with the media that was in the drive when the computer boots up.

For example, when put something like Doom 3 into my drive, the information of the disk doesnt change at all. The icon and the name stays the same. When theres nothing in the drive, the drive will show something like CD-RW (E:\) and it doesnt change when I put a CD in there.

I'm just wondering if you guys can help me with my problem. All my drives are set to DMA mode.

your taking it in and out to fast right click on the drive and go to eject disc that should fix it.

That didn't seem to work...

The label still did not change, it still remains as DVD Drive (G

Sometimes it doesn't seem to read the disc even though there is a disc inside the drive...
