Flew down to Houston this past week to visit some family and friends.. and one of my best friends told me he bought a new turntable... being a DJ, I thought he bought some extra 1200's.. but this is what he got. I suppose he got bit by the audiophile bug. heh.

Cool looking turntable. What kind of other audio equipment is it hooked to?

He had it hooked up to a Denon AVR-5805 and some Sonus Faber speakers. The speakers were pretty sweet.. I never thought I would ever see speakers that were leather wrapped. heh
 
Looks like the motor has stepped pullies so you can change the rpms.

Super nice turntable... I didn't know you could get them like that.

Thats nothing. My friends needle is 5k. Audio is one crazy hobby.
