Mx700 w/ another Keyboard

Not sure where to post this. I've had a logitech wireless keyboard and mouse combo for a while. More specifically the Logitech Duo Elite.

I have a MX700 mouse as well. These use two seperate wireless stations. Is there anyway I can just use the MX700 station as the receiver for the keyboard and MX700? I tried to use the "connect" button on them, but it doesn't seem to work. Any special drivers I may need?

I have a couple MX700/Wireless Keyboard combos and they both use just a single base -- they came that way. I purchased them as a bundle.

Does the base have a PS2 connector for both keyboard and mouse? Or is it a single usb connector?

There's gotta be a way to do it. No sense having to wireless receivers on my desktop.

The "guts" inside the station from the duo has 2 receivers, whereas the MX700's base simply has 1. To answer your question, no, it won't work.
