Mushkin issued me RMA #, now they don't answer emails.

Thoughts? Delivery confirmation # says it got there. Why won't Mushkin even contact me back? I have emailed 3 times to their support.

With most other companies they at least give some kind of automated confirmation message.

I'm not mad yet but I am concerned.

I rma'd ram to them once a few years ago, it was a smooth and quick process.. around a week turnaround time to get the new stuff back.
