Multiple webcams - into 1 location?

Hey all!

got a new challenge to find a solution for!

Lets say you got 4 or 5 people who all have webcams, now, you want to take all of those people's streams and bring them together in one central location for people to see.... not a one on one deal.... but one person being able to see all the others at the same time...

What are my options for software that can do that?

i guess what i really need is software that allows the stream to be embedded via a URL or something...and no, this isnt for pron!

Ubiquiti and their RTSP feeds may be able to do it!

Oh, I think twit does it differently with more hardware.

I googled something called webcam studio, but I think that may be for Linux only.

Found this on the web http://hacknmod.com/hack/affordable-diy-webcam-surveillance-system/ . You might be able to take some of the ideas...but you're probably looking at spending some cash on this solution.
