multiple monitor bsod

I got a Gigabyte 6970 oc 2GB card.
Works real fine with one monitor but when I have 2 of them I get some BSODs.
Now it wasnt with all game but consistent on which game : if it bugs with one it will bug again with it.

After a lot of investigating, redoing my install from scratch (3-4 time) I'm on W7 64 bits. I found out a sure way to make it crash:
A- computer on with one monitor.
b- plug 2nd monitor.
C open an AVI file
D wait 2-3 seconds Black screen weird buzzing noise all displays dont work
E press on button for 4 second and reboot.

Tried 7 different versions of ATI drivers. to no avail.

If I inquire on my games that crashes I will consistently see that they are using some form of Mplayer.exe

OK so YES I'm now using VLC mplayer instead. But I would like to use both screen when I play.

Do any of you have a good Idea?

P.S. both monitor are plugged on the same card.
