Multi-display ? - possible to run 3x displays, one being a 49” ultra wide?

Hey all,

been heavy in sim racing these days. I’ve recently acquired a Samsung 49” ultra wide (5120x1440p) and was wondering if I’m able to add 2 more 27” monitors flanking the centre ultra wide?

Am I able to mix resolutions like this? In theory my ultra wide is 2x 27” 1440p

Gpu is rtx 3090 with 3 display port

I had 3 connected at one point but I needed the desk space back for work stuff. I have a 48" 4k + 1 27" 1440p monitor. I have the second one in a closet right now but all 3 worked fine at the same time previously on a 1080ti now on a 3080. I have noticed DWM (the window manager) uses a fair bit of dedicated VRAM as do some browsers like firefox. Your 3090 has plenty to spare, so no worries there.
I also highly recommend Display Fusion Pro to help manage the space and create hotkeys for moving windows around and saving different arrangements of resolutions etc. (it will also fix multi-monitor wallapers and remember favorite monitors for each app).
