Hi,
my system specs are
Motherboard: MSI Z77 GD65
Processor: 3770K
Ram: 16GB of ram at 1333 from HyperX
Graphics Card: MSI GTX 680.
My pc is not booting up, after resetting the CMOS it just sent me to the windows 10 booting logo and after a reset the screen becomes black
Anyone have any ideas why this is happening?

a GS800 Watt power supply from corsair, and if i understood that question correctly its the gpu gtx 680 and the onboard graphics are off

Some quick and easy troubleshooting steps:

Remove GPU, use IGP
Test 1 Stick of RAM at a time in different slots
Only boot with main HDD assuming you have more than one...

Hopefully easier to isolate the problem.

I managed to boot into the bios but even when selecting the usb drive to try and reinstall windows 10 it just reboots and reboot and then a reboot again

Just tried different sata cables and ports same results, im only able to boot to bios but when i try to boot to it just keeps rebooting

Maybe you fixed it by now but sounds like a HD issue. Do you have a spare HD or some way to test the HD in a different sytem?

I have a ssd for main drive and a storage but i tried installing windows on the storage while the ssd was out of the system and the same is still happening.
I just took it to a "technician" to see if they can fix it.
