When I set the RAM for 1866 in the BIOS it gets underclocked along with the CPU.

Screen shot from Memtest86+ that shows CPU and Memory underclocked from what I selected in BIOS. CPU should be at 3.33GHZ and memory should be at 1866mhz.

Is there a load on the machine when looking at speeds?
Try CPU-Z, and start a load......

Only load would be the memory, BIOS, and Memtest86+ test. I haven't installed OS yet. Doing test on the MB using Memtest86+ and BIOS to see how well the CPU/Memory settings work. So far voltage readings from BIOS are all over the place and the speed of the memory and CPU doesn't adjust to where I want it. It is sloppy on the speed and voltage adjustments. Not sure if this is a common problem with the chipset or the MB. Going to break out the multimeter soon for hard voltage measurements with different settings.

Good thing is the MB appears to do a fine job of over clocking memory. Haven't tried over clocking CPU yet.

I don't see the problem? The CPU speed is listed as 3.293 and the RAM is at DDR3-1862, which is pretty much what you want right? The BCLK seems to have wandered a bit below 100, but to be honest that seems to be a common problem with SB boards. It is certainly within the margin of error.

Thanks. The BIOS does allow fine tuning of CPU to close up the small difference in speed. Just a minor problem that I have researched to be common. So far this MB is a keeper.
