Are you sure you listed the model number correctly? Did you mean the card is a 590?

Hey man, I hate to break it to you, but unfortunately Rx 570 are not worth that price. GTX 1070 (used) and even GTX 1660 (New) are approx $290 CDN or so, if I am not mistaken.
If you just got it from Amazon or seems like you got it from Amazon Warehouse, you can return it and get your money back.
