MSI P67A-G43 to Z67A-GD80

I'm going to switch my MSI P67A-G43 motherboard for a Z67A-GD80. Although I think I know the answer to this,do you think I can just remove the drivers and re-install the ones for the Z67a board with out re-installing Windows 7.
