A lot of people are having issue with the msi neo2 plat board and booting with sub zero temps. We've been trying to track down the issue but so far no one can find out what's going on. It's pretty specific to the new winchester cores and the motherboard itself but a few people with fx-55's are also having issues on the same board. If anyone knows what could be the issue please feel free to chime in. As the title says it's limited to people using phase change, l2n, or a few using chilled water.
