MSI GTX260 Four Versions?

On the official page it shows versions 1 through 3. Newegg even shows a V4.

1 has lower clocks and is the 192 core version. But what about 2-4? It just looks like there are different fans/bundles maybe? Are there any significant hardware differences?

http://us.msi.com/product/p_spec.asp?model=N260GTX-T2D896_OC_V3&class=vga is the version with the special cooling system -- heat pipes, twin fans, etc. I just ordered this version of the 275 -- cooling is supposed to be very good and very quiet from what I've been reading, and it is capable of running without the fan when not gaming. I should get my card on Tuesday, I can update about the overclockability of the card if there's any interest.
