MSI 6970 $289 after MIR

My mental calculator is pulling up 299.99. Anyone else get anything different?

$339-$20 MIR-$20 Code=$299 :p

Pretty okay though to get a good 2GB card for 300.

Not bad, but I really wish they would supply some lightning versions. I find the reference ones just too loud.

So I cant subtract properly LOL

OF course i was up for 25 hours while posting it.

Still $299 is good!

I'm looking for a 6950 2GB flashable or a 6970 2GB ... going to watercool, so I don't care about the reference fans. This sounds like a good deal, plus an O/C'ed 6970 is faster than a flashed and O/C'ed 6950 :D

I love my 6970's but they can get a bit loud when OCed and going full bore in games. Good space heaters if you live in a colder climate..... I live in South Florida so no luck on that.

Good price though.... after rebates I still paid around $330 a couple months back.

Anyone know if these are reference cards? Looking to buy a full GPU water-block for this. IT appears there is a difference in the design between reference and non-reference.

i just bought a HIS IceQ 6970 Turbo off newegg i really like it and its quiet and stays cool

It's a reference card (PCB and stock cooler). :)
