Will it be centrally managed tho? or will it just have some small app that holds a license key for -10 machines?
 
Did you read the press release? It's free, why would there be license keys for a free program?

License Key? MSE doesn't have any license keys, it just checks to make sure you're running legitimate Windows.

And yes Forefront is the Corporate version.

There never has been anything technically stopping you from using it on 20,000 PC's. It's just gonna suck up the bandwith with every machine pulling def files from the Internet at the same time.
