Ms refunded hevc video extension out of the blue.

I bought the extension a few months ago. Today i got a email that says:



At your request, we refunded the order you placed on Tuesday, January, 2019. You should see $1.05 credited to your account soon.

I didn't make the request. Anyone else get a notice?

Weirdly enough it looks like it is still installed on my computer.
 
It's still in the store.If you go to the store do you see it on your account still or do you have to buy it again?
 
It does not say anything about buying it again. It shows a "Launch" button I can click on that opens Movies & TV. There is also a notice that it is installed.

I'd upload a pic but don't what where everyone is uploading pics these days.

EDIT: When going to my library it does show it was modified today.
