MS Office license confusion

I've been asked to buy MS Office Basic(word,excel,pp) but I am unsure how the license works for these.

If I get the OEM version than how many times can I move that copy around to another computer? OR Can it be used for different people?

If I get the non OEM version same question applies How many times can I move it around?

Why would you be moving it around much ?

I can see if the PC dies, youd probably have to call MS to get it activated

Same as Windows I believe: OEM = assigned to the one machine, retail = assigned to the person so 'move around' as you like (making sure you remove it as you 'move').

Certain editions of Office allow install on more than one computer; think
retail = main computer + portable
home & student = 3 pcs in the same household
