Mounting and positioning of the Z-5500s.

Well I'm having a difficult time hanging these things up. I have these screws that when it starts getting tighter they rubber starts to slip and the speakers begin to fall. Do you reccommend using washers? Also is it ok to hang these completly upside-down?

Here is a layout of my room, it isn't super accurate.

What do you think is the best place to position all my speakers?

front left and right to either side of the monitor, ear level or slightly higher... center mounted to the wall just over the monitor...

rears on stands...
