I'm assembling a "new" box to be my home ESXi server. I'm having an odd problem. It won't complete a reboot, regardless of the OS installed. ESXi runs fine on it, and I can power it down fine. I just can't reboot. It starts, gets to the POST screen, then goes black. A power on from cold boot works perfectly. I tried putting Windows 10 on it, and even running a Live Linux disc, all with the same issue. It's running the latest BIOS, and I've reset the CMOS, loaded defaults, etc. No idea what else to try. Specs are:

Intel i7 3770K
Intel DQ77MK
Corsair Vengeance Pro 32 GB
2x Samsung 850 Evo 1 TB SATA

Are you by any chance running a raid setup? I had trouble with reboots on PC's with disks in raid. Even on my X299 it would not reboot properly when I had my 2 WD blacks in raid.

No RAID at all. I have the controllers set to AHCI, and just using ESXI to combine both drives into a data store.

It does have the latest BIOS. I didn't swap a PSU. Didn't think that would be related, but it certainly can't hurt to try.
