I have been seeing Intel motherboards with a 6 or 7 pci-e slots. Is there anything like this for AMD? I would like a board with capable of 4 16x slots (running in 8x mode) and at least 2 1x slots.

the problem with a lot of quad pci-e slot boards is that usually only 1 of the pci-e 1x slots are usable if there are more then 1.. the 890FX is the only chipset that would fit what you want or the 790FX if you need an older board..
