$27.99 is the lowest price I've seen for a mechanical backlit keyboard that's not a refurb: https://www.monoprice.com/product?c_id=114&cp_id=11401&cs_id=1140102&p_id=13858#QA
I've owned one Monoprice mechanical keyboard in the past and while it was solid, I wasn't particularly a fan of the switches (Outemus). That said, these are Kaihl which feel better than the Outemus IMO, so this seems like a great first mech keyboard for the unwashed membrane masses.
Reading the reviews it appears this is not 100% RGB (hence the "RGB-ish" in the title) in the sense that the colors are locked to red, green, blue, purple, pink, and yellow. With "true" RGB keyboards - like the K70 RGB - you can customize the backlights to create millions of different color combinations.
