Yes. It's very well polished: visuals, quests, NPC development. More sophisticated than Skyrim which, IMO, like FO4, is targeted to 14 year olds.

I played it for a couple hours.

It just feels like I'm watching a movie with multiple different acts, rather than playing an RPG with cutscenes. It got boring quickly.

It's free, but that won't save it form getting uninstalled for my system.
 
Definitely want to try New California myself when it's finished.
 
Excited about New cali too. Enderal isn't bad though. Pretty dark. Nice design and environment. Still looks good.
