MoBo Ethernet and add-on Ethernet work together ?

hi

i have a gigabit Ethernet on my mobo and another one as add-on card

and like to combined them into one interface to increase the speed to 2 GB

for file transfer to and from my NAS

windows 8.1

If your mobo and both cards support "teaming" or "bridging" of the 2 connections, then yes it will work.

You maybe also be able to create a virtual bridge in windows ...but in my experience it has never been all that reliable, and sometimes causes more problems than it solves....like dropped connections and stalled downloads....

Although for NAS transfers it might be ok....
