.mkv ti mpeg4 conversion software?

Anyone know of any good free-ware that will allow the conversion of .mkv, .ogm, and .avi to mpeg4. ive tried a couple trials and am not particularly thrilled . Thanks in advance!

Don't know if it supports all those formats but AutoGK is pretty good.

Pretty much a swiss army knife for transcoding files. Some transcodes work better than others.

Thanks for all of the tips/advice. i tried all of the suggested programs and several others on the side. i ended up settling with an open source program called XviD4PSP it is a gui based program that seems to be as simple or as complicated as you need it to be, and best of all t works on just about every format. hope this helps someone, and thanks for the help/suggestions all (especially rahavsmt).
