Hi all, I am trying to use my original RAM: https://www.newegg.com/ballistix-16gb-288-pin-ddr4-sdram/p/N82E16820164205?Item=N82E16820164205
With this one: https://www.newegg.com/g-skill-32gb-ddr4-3600/p/N82E16820232920?Item=N82E16820232920

My bios was initially set to XMP 2 at 1.35V for both of them to run at 3600mhz. When I use just each set, I get that speed. But when I combined them together, my PC failed to boot a couple of times until I think UEFI automatically reset my bios and now my ram is reporting:

How can I all 4 sticks to run at 3600mhz? Is that even possible? I'd love to use 48GB but I guess I can always settle for 32GB. I just figured there's not much of a profit to be had trying to sell 3600 mhz 16GB DDR4 Ram
My motherboard is a z490 Taichi

relax the timings. install the gskill as its the slower set, set xmp and note the main cas settings it applies, change it to manual and set those settings increased by 4 each and leave the rest on auto. cross your fingers. if it boots, test it. if its good, try lowering to +2 on each and hope it works.

When you say test it, you mean run memtest? Or just play a game?
Also when you say leave the rest to auto? What specifically am I increasing by 4 and what am I leaving on auto?

however you want
the main timings you add +4 to each ie: 18+4=22...
leave the sub timings auto.
clear?

Loud and clear. I don't really know what these timings mean but I went and changed two of them and this is what I got now:

Does this look right to you? I take it, it matches the clocks fo the gskill? And how much perf do you think I am losing?
pendragon1

Also how do I test it?
