Military Madness on PS3

Military Madness was a classic strat game on Turbo Graphx16 back in the day so when I saw it on PS3 download store i just had to get it. For $9.99 it is worth the price for turn based strat fans. It's been updated to 3D graphics and 16:9 format.
 
Fun game. I had that for the TG16 way back when. Similiar to the Panzer General games in terms of overall gameplay.
 
On PC the old Battle Isle series by BlueByte Software is very similar to Military Madness.

While searching for the name of that BlueByte game I came across a wikipedia article on the series and it had a link to this free open source version of Battle Isle. If you like Military Madness then you will probably want to try this game on your PC. I just downloaded it so can't comment on the quality yet.
