i can tell you right now that the 5700 ultra is the best out of those 3.

5600 = NV31: 5600 non-Ultra generally = 5200 Ultra, 5600 Ultra is much faster
5700 = NV36, much imporved core and the first mid-range DX9 value product nvidia made
