There were 2 accounts in Outlook 2003, one of them on Microsoft Exchange, other POP3. Mistakenly deleted the Exchange account, and missing letters, left file of Outlook.ost. Unfortunately I don't remember the password to this account. Prompt please how it is possible to restore all mail?

look in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook
contains the OST/PST mail data files

there are lots of free utility software to unlock password protected PST files

After removal of a box on the local computer, "the remote box" is stored about 30 more days on the server (before full removal). Therefore it is possible to restore it.
It is possible to use the Command console for restoration of a remote mailbox in the existing mailbox with use of a cmdlet of New-MailboxRestoreRequest. When you restore a deleted mailbox, its contents are copied to an existing mailbox, which is called the target. After restoration of a remote mailbox it is stored in a database of mailboxes before final removal by the administrator or cleaning after the expiration of the period of preservation of remote mailboxes.
