Personally, I wish we MurKKKins would step into the 21st century & use those three seashells to clean our bums. It'd definitely be a better experience, not to mention better ecologically.

Variation of theme here but still possible:

Mom: "Honey come eat some snacks"
    Kid:"In a minute mom!"
Mom:"But I sliced some apples for you"
Kid instantly gets a trophy in whatever game their playing.

I would answer in the most smart arse way possible, but I do not get the reference.

Many will giggle at this, or roll eyes, but the very first impediment to me considering Windows 10, for my PC, was the fact you had to have a Microsoft account.

Why would anyone willing turn off UAC and also, you have never had to have a MS Account to use any version of Windows, not even the Phones.

OMG, they killed Siri. You bastard. Siri is a bloody mess.

Proof the leash is so tight that it's cut blood flow to your brain.

When I got my first copy of Windows 10, it asked for a Microsoft account login. That was enough for me to walk away from it. The operating system should not need to bother with that question. It just triggered a bad taste in my mouth and the question, "Why?".

Oh, so you were just looking to take a cheap shot. Got it.

    It was just too easy.

Besides, most people who've been dealing with devices like cell phones and pagers, have been calling them "electronic leashes" since about the second day after they got them. Sorry if your social culture meter is broken.

What cheap shot, you are not and have never been required to use a MS Account with Windows, any version. Stop spreading misinformation.

Edit: Oops, I put the person on ignore who you said about the cheap shot, now I see. :)

Now the confusion makes sense. I am not aware of having any "electronic leashes". Heck, I barely remember to carry my dumb flip phone with me,

I'll re-read that post to try and understand what brought about that comment.

EDIT: Ok, re-read that original post and still do not get the reference. I'll just chalk it up to completely different perspectives and leave it at that.

Or, y'all have become so inured to the leashes that you don't even realize how enslaved y'all are. ;)
