Micro ATX Mobo suggestion

I am looking to build a new comp and want to put it in a small form factor case or even a homemade case. Can anyone recomend a Micro ATX board for the Athlon XP or even the Athlon 64?

I was thinking of going "all out" on this one since my computer now is a 1.33 gHZ I built 3-4 years ago. All I have done is get a new mobo, memory and video card. I would like to get an Athlon 64. You know of an Athlon 64 board that is a Micro ATX?

K8TM-ILSR (MSI) is an athlon 64 board. Anyone have any experience with it or heard any stories?

MSI makes great 64bit AMD boards. I have had nothing but pleasure and speed with mine, and have sold them to others without any problems at all.
