Memory readings wrong.

I have these modules:

except its a 16 gb kit.

Anyways, they are set at 1. 65 volts and are running at 1600 in the bios. But when I open up programs such as cpuz they are:





They pretty much read 800mhz running at 1.5 volts.

Not sure if the programs are reading it right or the ram actually set the way I want it to be.

Your ram is running at 1600. You take the DRAM Frequency and times it by 2 to get actual speed. As for your timings, your tRC looks to be high.
