I bought a new 512 stick of PC3200 RAM and currently am using a 256 stick of PC2100 RAM. Would it be more benificial to have 768MB running @ PC2100 or 512 @ PC3200?

go with the 512 3200, you dont need anymore memory unless your acutally running out of memeroy at 512. And that wont happend unless you do photo editing or graphics stuff like that. If its just to play games and such 512 is really all you need. sure 768 would be nicer but it wont run as fast as 512 3200

I also agree. Your system will get a much bigger boost from running your RAM at 3200 with the 512.
One other thing to note, some motherboards are not tollerant to different speeds of RAM installed at the same time.
