Memory Prices Going UP or DOWN

Yo

Soooo, im saving for my first build, and desparately needed gaming comp, and i gots limited moolah. I have about 250 to spend on something right now. I already have a HDD and case is on the way. I was wondering if i should invest in some nice Ram now or not. I am planning to get some nice DDR Ram, and I was wondering if the prices are going to go up or down on ram in the next 3-4 months. (The corsair, crucial, and ocz employees might have some insight ;))


I know this is prolly a not easy question to answer, but hey, someone might have a clue.

Planned specs
NForce 4 MoBo
Athlon 64 3200+ Winchester
6600GT
1 gig of very oc'able 3200, or low latency 4000
Seagate 120g SATA HDD

RAM dropped recently, but its expected to go back up again as memory foundry Hynix was recently found to have some financial figures that were "fiddled with". So with the fine, somewhere in the millions - prices will go up.
 
Oh, gosh! Thanks. Maybe i should buy some good mem now. I got $300 burning a hole in my pocket;)
