Media player application with motion 'upscaling'

Hey guys. I'm looking for a good media player application that has some features I have not seen before in any PC programs. One of the main features is the 'smooth motion' effect that higher refresh TVs have on 24 or 25hz video scaling to 60, or even 120-240 hz on panels that support them. I was wondering what media players can enable this effect on my 120hz monitor?

Right now 24hz video looks really jittery compared to the smooth motion in my games...

Its called frame interpolation and both the SmoothVideo Project and CrystalPlayer can do it, although I'm not sure if they support 120Hz or just 60Hz interpolation.

That was exactly what I was looking for! I haven't tried it on my 120hz, but it is a nigh-and-day difference on my HTPC and TV.
