Does anyone have this and can comment on how it runs on Windows 7?

I was hankering to play it again but not sure if I need to build an XP rig for it.

Wasn't MDK 2 the game which was supposed to feature an engine "that would enable the use of future technology to contantly improve" or something. Did this ever happen?
