MCE2005 Dvd Playback Scrambled =( plz help

Whenever I try and play a dvd the screen is all scrambled (video link at bottom). I am using the Nvidia DVD decoder and a radeon 9800 pro. It has worked fine in the past. Everything else is ok, my HDTV recordings play fine, and other videos play fine. I have reinstalled my video drivers, and the nvidia dvd codec and updated mce and it didnt help. Anyone have any clue?

There was a major issue in the ATI drivers that borked the NV codec, the newest driver set is suppose to fix the issue but I'm hearing it doesn't.

This is why I don't use ATI cards, crappy drivers.

Last i read NV had a lot of problems doing renderless. So maybe its a crappy codec problem.

For what I hear the newest driver update cleared that up.

Check to see that the NV codec is the preferred video decoder and what other codecs you have installed (this will work with this part too: http://www.videohelp.com/tools?tool=GSpot )

Qucik question: Do you have any codec packs installed? Like the K-Lite?

Right before I made this thread I updated all my drivers. I guess since then they released newer drivers cause I redownloaded (as advised here) and installed and it works fine now. Thanks for the help everyone!
