McAfee alert. Buffer Overflow in EXPLORER.EXE windows vista. Anyone have an idea?

This window just popped up the other day, and any attempts to diagnose it has been faulty. If i trust the activity, i just go into an endless loop of Explorer crashes/restarts/crashes.

The only way i can use my system is for McAfee to block it, but still something must be up and i dont like it. I gotta reformat soon anyways, but still would like to know what the hell is up!

are u visiting a certain webpage or loading up a certain plugin when it happens

no, its as soon as i log in to windows. sometimes i go through the explorer crash/restart loop a couple times until it is stable, others it just says that right off the bat and things work 'fine'
