It comes with AC adapter, 2 batteries, OSX installed and a carrying case.

Final Cut, and a few other program disks are also included.

I am asking $675, but will consider reasonable offers.

I am willing to go lower than $675.... It also come with a slew of programs with the disks and serials, and some in the origional box's. (Macromedia Suite, Adobe CS) Mac OSX disks, Final Cut (The programs alone are worth at least a couple hundred).
