Mac trackpad scrolling on PC

    I was wondering if i installed osx leopard on a dell700m will the two finger scrolling option work? or if there are other things i must install for this to work. Thanks

    not in any way shape or form, that is the mac trackpad, no dell or any other brand for that matter i have ever tried has even come close to imitating the macs touchpad :(, I wish they did but they dont, and as far as i know its all hardware, ive had plenty of hackintosh's just no laptop, but like i said, no i dont think so, also... a word of warning, mos tpeople here get pretty nasty abotu hackintosh's :S, so just be careful what you ask about them...

    ah thanks for the warning. I was just wondering but since its hardware then no reason to install hackintosh. thx

    I know it doesn't help directly... but Kensington does make some amazing tracball mice.

    Most PC laptops, including Dell, use Synaptics touchpads (which can support two finger scrolling). Try installing drivers from Synaptics and see if yours can. Some touchpads can, some can't.
