Mac mini to Dual monitor LG 4k screens - which cables?

Hey guys, I'm going in circles and might set this up wrong.

I've a mac mini (2018) and want to run two LG 27UK600 4K UHD IPS Monitors. What cables shall I use?

The mac mini has 1 x HDMI and 3 x Thunderbolt USB-C.
Each LG display has 2 x HDMI and 1 displayport.

I'm thinking:

Monitor 1: Mac HDMI to LG HDMI
Monitor 2: Mac Thunderbolt 3 USB C to LG displayport (this cable)

The alternative for monitor 2 is Thunderbolt 3 USB C to LG HDMI (this cable)
