Low voltage intel motherboard for HTPC

You could either go for a mini-ITX or an embedded motherboard. What kind of content will it be consuming?
 
Guess you have a low voltage cpu on hand already.
Any lower end Itx mobo will work.
You won't need any extra cooling without OC.
