Low-Power SFF system to use a a *nix router

I have done a little searching around but it is a about 10 minutes before I leave work. I am looking for a Low-Power SFF system that I can use as a *nix router... If anyone can point me to a few products

It needs to have:
2 network ports (1 onboard, 1 add-in network card is an option)

Would not mind having but not a must:
ability to run RAID 1

If anyone can point me to a few products it would be much appreciated.

$99 runs Debian/vyatta, kinda hard to get right now, they are very new. I've got one on the bench now.

If you know Linux and iptables these are going to be hard to beat.

Ubiquit does have some awesome products. We use the Nanobridge M5 and UniFi at work. Been we have been trying to talk management into purchasing some airFiber.

Are you looking for something turnkey or building it yourself? How about something like this:

It also supports Vt-x, though I always run routers on the metal.

How about just using MDADM for the raid1?

If the price is right turnkey would be ideal but i would do a build if needed.

Also, MDADM raid 1 has crossed my mind
