Going on a long-ish motorcycle adventure next summer where I probably won't have access to power for up to 3-5 days straight.
But I need a gaming laptop that will last
I will bring a 300-350 Kwh battery pack with some weak solar panels that will hopefully charge somewhat while I'm monkeying around (I plan to stay in sunny places most of the time).
I also plan to turn off the laptop screen and use one of those AR glasses like Viture XR Pro. I believe there is a power bank for those.
Nvidia is probably the best bet (as of now) because I could just limit fps to 120 and then use DLSS + FG to get some free frames and leave some headroom for the GPU. Maybe even dial it down to 60 fps as I don't really see much difference.
Alternative is next-gen Steam Deck or alternatives to game with those titles that work well with a gamepad and use the laptop as
And finally, I'm not in a hurry, maybe something better will come out around April? The new mobile chips have really good iGPUs.
