I seem to have gotten a bit lower 3dMark score vs other people with the same hardware. Any ideas why? I turned off MSE per another users recommendation yesterday, but I didn't adjust any other settings other than tell it to sync all my cores.

Wondering if it could be related to the 650w EVGA Gold PS that people recommended isn't enough? I am not sure how I can tell.
Here is my build.
