I need to replace the PSU in my server, which has 3x SuperMicro 5in3 hotswap bays powered by 2x 4pin molex connectors each. So 6x 4pin molex connectors pushing 15x mechanical drives. The server also has a SSD (another to be added soon) and 2x m1015 cards, 2500k, 16GB RAM.

Any suggestions? I'm kind of leery of the sata->molex adapters. Modular would be nice, but isn't required. I'd rather it be quiet. The tower is an Antec 900.

Any quality high power, (750 watt or higher is what I would use) single 12V rail modular would work but you will have to buy extra molex cables from the manufacturer. I know Corsair sells extra cables.

Or just get out the wire cutters and soldering iron (prefferablly use a modular PSU if doing this as IIRC manufacturers don't generally require modular cables to be returned when doing a RMA).

There are also available solderless crimp molex connectors that you can add to a cable. A few of my antec supplies had these. And I have seen them for sale at several vendors.
